Sand Point Residence Seattle, Washington
Studio 342 was brought into this project toward the end of a large contemporary remodel to the client's Sand Point area home. The home lacked curb appeal with overgrown vegetation and an awkward entry. Studio 342 created a new master plan for the site that took advantage of the views of the lake while also adding a contemporary style to the entry walk, driveway, and stairs. The backyard was also improved with a new deck, a stone fire pit patio, a dining terrace and lots of new plantings to soften the edges.
